Memogo

Terms of service

Last updated: 15 September 2026. Memogo is run as a private, invite-only pilot from the United Arab Emirates. Contact: [email protected].

What Memogo does

You forward emails to a private Memogo address, or connect Gmail so chosen senders are forwarded for you. Memogo summarises each email and sends the memo to the WhatsApp numbers you registered, with calendar links for the dates it finds. You can also ask Memogo questions about your memos on WhatsApp.

Using the service

  • Memogo is for personal use by the account holder and the WhatsApp numbers they add. One login per account.
  • Only forward emails you are entitled to share. Do not use Memogo for unlawful content or to process other people's mail without their permission.
  • Memos are produced by an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. Always check dates, amounts and deadlines against the original email before you rely on them; nothing is added to your calendar until you confirm it.
  • If you connect Gmail, Memogo only manages one forwarding address and one filter in your account. You can remove them at any time from Settings or from your Google account.

Your data

How we handle your emails and personal data is set out in the privacy policy. Raw emails are deleted within 24 hours; memos and extracted dates are kept until you delete them, and you can delete everything from Settings at any time.

The pilot

Memogo is free during the pilot. We may change, pause or end the service, or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where we can. The service is provided as is, without warranty, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you on WhatsApp or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Memogo after that means you accept the new terms.
